Missouri Craft Brewers Guild has brewed “Tried N’ True,” a series of four time-tested beer styles for this year’s Missouri Loves Company® collaboration project.
We kick off the series with a slight twist on a classic Hefeweizen.
Light, bready wheat malt provides a soft backbone, balanced by signature yeast notes of banana and clove in this 5.6% ABV Bavarian-style ale. Low bitterness lets the yeast and malt character shine, finishing crisp, refreshing, and slightly dry with a gentle wheat tang. Balanced, aromatic, and easy-drinking, it’s perfectly suited for warm weather and the start of spring patio season.
Available starting today at both taprooms as singles or 6-packs.
